New 102 residential units. 110,000 SF residential. 3,400 SF commercial. An urban infill mixed-use building that spans over and preserves a local historic landmark, the Bob Baker Marionette Theater. A band of commercial space edges the street and provides a continuous base for the residential levels above. These levels are also banded and stepped back as they rise up. An internal courtyard space brings natural light deep into the interior. The plans also call for a landscaped roof deck with built-in BBQ's and seating.
